Reservations
Reservations must be confirmed with a $100 deposit by PayPal or Direct Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Both Utopia Holiday Units and Halcyon Cottages require 48 hours notice of cancellation. If we do not receive your cancellation and the room cannot be used by another guest we will charge you for one night's accommodation.
Payment
Full payment is to be made on prior to (using PayPal or Direct Deposit) or on arrival. There are no credit card facilities if paid on arrival.
Check-In and Check-Out
You are welcome to check-in after 2.00 pm. Rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on departure day. Should you require any modification to these times, prior arrangements must be made with the Reception Office. The possibility of us being able to assist you will depend on our other commitments. This type of special extension may incur an additional charge.
Totally Smoke Free Property
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the buildings.
Pets Policy
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the units under any circumstances.
Visitors and Guest Responsibilities
Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. In consideration of other guests we ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10.30pm. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the property will be charged to the registered guests.

Online Security
We take your online security very seriously. As such, we have prepared the following guidelines and information to help you enjoy trouble-free browsing when visiting our site or interacting with our email messages.
- We will never ask you to provide personal information like your bank details, credit card details, driver's license or passport number via an email. We may, at our customers request, send a PAYPAL INVOICE to your email address provided to us.
- if you are making an online booking from our site and are required to provide us with your bank or credit card details, this will be carried out within a secure browser window through PAYPAL. Check that a locked padlock symbol appears at the foot of the browser in which you are entering your details. The URL should also change, to start with 'https://...' instead of 'http://...';
- be sure to double check the website address at the top of your browser;
- be wary of opportunities that seem 'too good to be true' when interacting with our site;
- our site does not endorse individual sellers or vendors;
- Report any suspicious activity to us immediately;
- keep your computer up to date with anti-virus, firewall software and the latest patches;
- disregard and delete spam, chain and junk emails
