The area is surrounded by National Parks, providing bushwalks with spectacular scenery. There are vast lakes, the river system and a number of beautiful beaches, both wild and sheltered which allow unlimited access to water based activities. The Camden Haven River runs from the foothills of the Great Diving Range to the sea, where the 3 holiday towns of North Haven, Laurieton and Dunbogan are located. The North Big Brother Mountain, dominates the area and is located within Dooragan National Park. This provides a spectacular backdrop to the area and scenic views from it's summit.
